All Ark homes are designed to meet a minimum 3 ½ star energy efficiency rating.  We regularly achieve 4 stars and above without departure from our standard specification or inclusions. 

If the clients requirement is for a higher rating then this can be achieved with the inclusion of tinted glass, awnings, additional insulation or other design features.
